Official sources
A short map of the public registers. Fees, quotas and investment figures live on those pages and they move. Use the live official text.
This page is an index, not advice. Open the official site for the current procedure. For named firms already on this site, use the directory.
Immigration and residence
The Servei d’Immigració publishes residence-and-work and residence-without-work authorisations on Govern.ad. Letter codes such as A.1, J.1 and D.1 are the Government’s own. Read become a resident for orientation, then the live pages.
Tax and finance
The Ministeri de Finances and the taxes-and-customs theme on Govern.ad are the public tax sources. The Andorran Financial Authority supervises the financial system. This page does not quote rates.
Banks
Andorran Banking is the association of Andorran banks. It currently lists three groups (Andbank, MoraBanc and Creand), which we also list in the directory. Opening an account is a compliance process described by each bank and by the AFA.
Property licences
Licensed estate agents are listed by AGIA, the professional college. We only name firms that appear there and publish their own site. See how we list homes.
Lawyers
Practising advocates are organised through the Col·legi d’Advocats d’Andorra. Confirm a name on that register before you instruct anyone.
Health and social security
Public care is described by SAAS; affiliation and benefits by CASS. A short reading is on healthcare.
Education
The Government publishes the three education systems (Andorran, Spanish and French) on its education pages. See education.
English notes on this site
Longer readings that restate official pages: moving to Andorra, opening a bank account, buying property, company formation, D.1, D.3, D.4, J.1, B.1, tax residence. Official codes beside one English advisor’s map: practitioner map.
