We do not invent houses, prices or photographs. Nothing on this page is an offer. Buying or renting usually means an AGIA-registered agent, a notary, and for non-residents the current foreign-investment rules.

How a listing will look

When a home is ready, it will use the same card as the rest of the site. The cards below are a template, not houses for sale.

Template · fields

Parish · type · status

Valley apartment, village house or high-valley chalet. No borrowed photograph. No guessed price.

Template · what we will state

Only what we can stand behind

Parish, approximate setting, bedrooms if confirmed, and whether it is for sale, to let, or a private introduction. Source named.

Template · not published

What we will not do

Stock mountain photographs, copied agency galleries, invented inventories, or “from €…” figures we have not been given in writing.

The structure is ready. When a property is cleared for this site it will appear here, parish by parish. Until then, leave an email or speak to a licensed agent.

Where people look

The seven parishes are not interchangeable. The capital and Escaldes are practical. Ordino and Canillo are higher. La Massana and Encamp sit on ski valleys. Sant Julià is the southern gate. Read the parish notes before you instruct a search.

The capital

Andorra la Vella

The capital parish: ministries, shops, and the everyday centre of the valley.

Parish note
Thermal valley

Escaldes-Engordany

Next to the capital: thermal water, the public hospital, and a more residential stretch of the central valley.

Parish note
Towards the ski valleys

Encamp

A working parish on the road to Grandvalira, with Pas de la Casa on the French frontier.

Parish note
High eastern valley

Canillo

The high eastern parish: Soldeu, El Tarter and a quieter stretch of the Grandvalira valley.

Parish note
The northern valley

Ordino

A northern parish of villages and woodland, with a quieter residential tone and the Sorteny nature park.

Parish note
Western valleys

La Massana

The western parish of Pal, Arinsal and the Comapedrosa massif. Ski in winter, high trails in summer.

Parish note
The southern gate

Sant Julià de Lòria

The southern parish on the Spanish road: a gateway town, the University of Andorra, and a less alpine daily life.

Residence files often need proof of accommodation. If you are moving for a permit, read become a resident first, then look at housing. Non-resident buyers should also read buying property. Foreign-investment rules are not the same as a listing.
